About me and my practice
I have a particular understanding of the unique joys and challenges GSRD (gender, sex, relationship diversity) populations may face and so am best suited to working with those who might find themselves minoritised or marginalised due to aspects of their social identity. I am a sex and relationship therapist in training to work with psychosexual themes.
I offer a warm, confidential, affirming and socially liberal approach that welcomes individuals over the age of 18, all genders, sexualities, races, and backgrounds. I am committed to providing compassionate trauma informed care. We will collaborate to understand your experiences from multiple dimensions thinking biopsychosocially - how we feel in our bodies affects how we feel in our minds which in turn affects how we interact with the world.
My journey into counselling was inspired by my own experience as a client, so I understand the apprehension that can come with seeking support. Central to my approach is the cultivation of a meaningful relationship between us. I believe as human beings we thrive when we feel understood and connected to. Through this relationship we can unfold and explore our full potential.

Experience
As a qualified and registered member of the BACP I have practiced for a number of years counselling people of all ages.
In private practice I have worked with a wide variety of clients with a particular focus on supporting GSRD populations and those adjacent which may include parents and partners of trans people.
I am a sex and relationship therapist in training with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (2026-2028). This typically involves working with problems concerning sexual intimacy, sexual expression and relationships with my practice most often supporting gay, lesbian and queer individuals.
I have worked online with an agency supporting sex workers. I have also worked with a London based LGBTQ+ charity supporting young people who identify as LGBTQ+.
Previously, I have worked with a charity in Peterborough that supports families with children that have additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions. I have provided ongoing support to people in difficult circumstances, understanding diagnosis and acceptance of neurodivergence, in particular ADHD + autism, deal with loss, relationship difficulties, shame, isolation, chronic illness, health conditions and more.
I have worked within colleges helping young people manage issues such as anxiety, stress, anger problems, depression, low self-esteem, minority stress, gender nonconformity, bereavement, family issues, sexual abuse, loneliness, general worries, eating disorders, self-harm, unhelpful coping strategies among many others.
I am in regular supervision and undertake ongoing CPD (continued professional development) and training.
Qualifications
Post Grad. Dip. in Gender, Sex + Relationship Diversity Therapy,
Dip. in Therapeutic Counselling, Cert. in Counselling Studies, Cert. in Counselling Skills, Cert. in Children and Young People's Mental Health.

Short-term focussed sessions around the following issues are available;

Orgasm problems
I anticipate this work to be time limited to around 6-8 sessions and focus on psychoeducation and skilling up. As this work is time and scope limited I am able to offer it at the reduced rate of £50 per session. I am a sex and relationship therapist in training with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (2026-2028). I am happy to arrange a free initial phone/online consultation, generally 15 minutes or so to get a sense of each other and see if we might be a good match.

50 Min session via Google Meet or WhatsApp (video/audio) - £60
Reduced Rate for Trainee Counsellors - please enquire.

Mon-Weds 9am-7pm inclusive.
Every other Thurs + Sun 8am-11am inclusive.
